The rooms all have wood flooring, are furnished with antique furniture and are equipped with air conditioning, mini-bar and satellite TV. In the baths, which are equipped with whirlpool tubs and/or multifunction showers, there are also bathrobes, a hairdryer, slippers and hair and body cleansing products available to guests. Sheets, towels and bathrobes are provided by the Italian company, Bellora, which is known for the quality and appeal of its fabrics.

The rooms are named after the types of grapes that are used in making Prosecco.
Verdio Room: located on the ground floor, it is made up of a double bedroom and bath with whirlpool tub and hydromassage shower.
Prosecco Room: located on the second floor, it is made up of a double bedroom with a large window and a bath with whirlpool tub and hydromassage shower.
Bianchetta Room: located on the ground floor, it is made up of a double bedroom, equipped kitchen (electric oven, microwave oven and all kitchen equipment) and a bath with whirlpool tub and hydromassage shower. Final cleaning of the kitchen is included in the price. A single bed or crib may be added to the room.
Perera Apartment: made up of a sitting room with fireplace and four lounge chairs on the ground floor, two double bedrooms on the second floor along with a bath with a multifunction shower (hydromassage, Turkish bath). It is also possible to reserve only a single room in the Perera apartment and if so the other room will be closed. A single bed or crib may be added to the room.
Cartizze Room: located on the second floor, it is made up of a double bedroom with large window, a bath with double whirlpool tub and a terrace with table and chairs. A crib may be added to the room.

Outside, guests can enjoy the splendid garden and relax in the outdoor whirlpool tub. It is also possible to use the barbecue: all utensils and crockery will be provided. There are also lounges and chaises longues with comfortable cushions, umbrellas, chairs and tables (all services are included in the price of the room). The parking zone is located in a reserved area that can be easily reached.

The full breakfast is served in a well-lit room on the ground floor or in the garden when the weather is nice, with a view of the surrounding valleys. It is a buffet breakfast and includes: fresh bread and croissants, butter and jam, fruit juices, cereal, local cheese and cold cuts, fresh fruit in season, yogurt and eggs. Tea, coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate are prepared to order. Breakfast is served from 8:30 to 10:00.
