Farmhouse located 7 kilometres from Caorle beach, surrounded by 100 hectares of countryside delimited by Lemene and Maranghetto rivers. This area was reclaimed in the 1930s and has been cultivated with care and passion.

Maranghetto offers its guests four apartments of 70 square meters located in the old barn, and two apartments of 60 sqm located on the other hand in the ancient main body of the house, and their names point to the alliance with the surrounding nature.
Two flats on the ground floor, Acqua (Water) and Terra (Earth) are located on a wide garden. They both have a outdoor table under the large arcade embellished with geraniums.
The two first floor flats are Aria (Air) and Fuoco (Fire), have a private use terrace and offer a view on the wonderful colors of nature and sunsets.
The two new apartments, Sole e Luna are on the first floor: the modern finishes make them elegant and refined, and with the use of electricity produced by photovoltaic panels, they are environmentally sustainable even in winter.
