The agriturismo
Very intimate B&B surrounded by woods, olive trees, cherry trees and vineyards from which Valpolicella wines are born, with fine rooms overlooking enchanting hills, large terrace and well-kept garden in the heart of Valpolicella Classica.
The recently renovated 19th-century farmhouse is an ideal starting point for visiting Verona and Lake Garda and for sampling excellent wines and tasty food in the area's wineries and typical restaurants.
It has a charging station for electric vehicles.
The accommodation
Of refined design that marries tradition and innovation and with special attention to environmental impact, the farmhouse has 6 spacious rooms 3 large apartments with refined furniture elements, small bar and entrance area with cozy nooks where you can relax reading one of the books provided.
Breakfast and afternoon tea-time, served in the ground-floor room or outdoors on the large terrace, can also be made on request for guests with celiac disease or other special needs while for main meals you will be advised on several restaurants suitable for even the most refined palates.
Every detail is taken care of with the aim of creating an atmosphere of serene familiarity, to spend unforgettable moments.

For almost 10 years we have been taking care of your vacations trying, with our daily presence at every moment of the day, to encourage socialization and sharing among guests, as a valuable moment of cultural and Human growth, making it our strong point
. Right now, however, the Covid-19 emergency, is changing and will change our habits for the coming months, so we have made some necessary changes to our usual way of hospitality, but this however should not worry you, this year more than ever we will try our best to give you a unique, exciting and .........insafety!
We and all the staff have trained ourselves, so that we can best deal with your every need or necessity during your vacation, and we have provided for the sanitization of the entire facility.
Faithful to our marked ecological and environmental sustainability sentiment, we have provided ourselves with special apparatuses that, will ensure Sanitized and Allergy-free rooms every day, in an absolutely Natural way.
Each room will have Dispensers with Hydroalcoholic Solution, as well as in the shared and passing areas.
Breakfast will be served in compliance with the current regulations regarding social quotas and distancing, as well as the reorganization of the common areas, so that you can enjoy to the fullest and in safety all the services available in the Resort.
Regarding check-ins, you will be contacted by the Reception staff a few days before the start of your vacation to agree on the time and method.
We are pleased to inform you that, given the moment of uncertainty, we have made changes to our cancellation policies, basically: for all bookings for the upcoming summer season received by the month of June, you will not be required to pay the deposit immediately, so that you can book light-heartedly, being able to cancel your reservation free of charge if necessary.
Starting in July, when we have the picture a little clearer, you will be contacted for final confirmation, and payment of any deposit due.
The possibility remains unchanged, in case of cancellation due to force majeure, to use the deposit paid to book a new vacation, within the period of one year.

Activities and surrounding
The farmhouse is the ideal starting point for excursions to discover the riches of Valpolicella, the prestigious wineries where Valpolicella and Amarone are refined, Lake Garda, ideal for sailing and windsurfing, the Lessini mountains and the cities of art such as Verona, Mantua, Vicenza, Padua and Venice easily reached by car.
Trails on foot, horseback or mountain bike allow you to discover corners of history and nature off the beaten track; the gentle cross-country ski trails, which cross the entire plateau, turn into enchanting paths in summer.
Lovers of relaxation can spend pleasant moments in wellness centers or reach the various spas in the area.
