La Zerla

Both the rooms as well as the suite are housed in buildings that are part of the estate. The former parents’ house as well as an adjoining building once used for agricultural purposes have been lovingly restructured and designed.
While planning the remodelling of the above-mentioned properties, the family attached great importance to the preservation of the ancient building structure as well as to the architectural style typical of the region. Notwithstanding this demand, or perhaps precisely because of it, creating a product of high quality and comfort became the declared aim.
All the rooms are bright and homelike. They are equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, colour TV, minibar and a safe. The bathrooms have a shower, toilet, hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror.
The suite is just right for families and guests who prefer generous space. It has a bedroom, a bathroom (please see equipment listed above) and a living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, a table with four chairs and a colour TV.

The appealing interior attracts guests to spend peaceful evenings and end the day with a glass of homemade wine. On request, we can provide a kitchenette with all necessary kitchen utensils (pots, crockery and cutlery) for cooking.

An unsupervised parking lot opposite the Agriturismo La Zerla offers parking spaces for our guests free of charge. Cyclists can put their bicycles in our locked garage (also free of charge).
Enjoy the terrace, the wonderful garden and the sun loungers on warm, sunny days. Showers provide quick refreshment on hot summer days.
