Come raggiungerci
In auto: Uscire dalla autostrada A1 al casello di FIRENZE SUD, seguire la direzione PONTASSIEVE-BAGNO A RIPOLI per uscire dallo svincolo autostradale. Poi seguire sempre per Pontassieve, arrivati al paese seguire per FORLI' fino ad arrivare a RUFINA, percorrere il paese fino alla farmacia, lì voltare a sinistra, dopo 200 metri si arriva a Montebonello passando il ponte sul fiume Sieve, in piazza Pertini si gira sulla destra e alla prima a sinistra, poi alla prima a destra, ci si immette così nella strada che porta al paesino di ACONE, percorsi 2,5 Km si prende una piccola strada sulla sinistra, dopo 600 metri si arriva al parcheggio dell'agriturismo.
Da nord: sulla autostrada A1, si può uscire anche a BARBERINO. Si deve però percorrere la strada normale per circa 35 Km seguendo indicazioni per BORGO S.LORENZO-PONTASSIEVE, fino a quando non si arriva al paese di RUFINA, nel centro del paese, all' incrocio dove si trova l'unica farmacia si gira a destra. Si prosegue fino a MONTEBONELLO e da li valgono le istruzioni precedenti.
Da Sud: sull'autostrada A1 si può uscire anche al casello di INCISA. Superato il casello autostradale si gira a destra e si prosegue dritto sulla SS N°69 per 18 Km fino a Pontassieve, da lì si seguono le istruzioni descritte prima.
In aereo e in treno: L' agriturismo "Podere il Poggiolo" è situato in aperta campagna, pertanto se decidete di arrivare in aereo o in treno dovrete comunque affittare una macchina sia per raggiungere il podere che per programmare le escursioni. L' aereoporto più vicino è quello di Firenze, chiamato Amerigo Vespucci e collegato con le principali città europee. La stazione ferroviaria più vicina è quella di Rufina (distante dall'agriturismo 4 Km), ben collegata con la stazione di FIRENZE Santa Maria Novella.
How to reach us
By car: Exit the A1 highway at the FIRENZE SUD tollgate and follow the directions for PONTASSIEVE-BAGNO A RIPOLI to leave the highway turn-off. Follow the directions for Pontassieve. Once you have reached the village, take the road toward FORLÌ up to RUFINA, drive through the village up to the chemist’s shop and turn left. After 200 metres you reach Montebonello passing the bridge over the Sieve River. In Piazza Pertini turn right, then take the first road to the left and the next to the right. This is the road that leads to the village of ACONE. After 2.5 Km take the small road to the left. After 600 metres you will find the parking area of the holiday farm.
From North: on the A1 highway, you can exit at BARBERINO. Having left the highway, you have to drive for about 35 Km following the directions for BORGO S. LORENZO-PONTASSIEVE until you reach the village of RUFINA. In the village centre, at the cross-roads where there is the only chemist’s shop of the place, turn right and drive on till MONTEBONELLO. At this point follow the directions given above
From south: on the A1 highway, you can also exit at the INCISA tollgate. After the tollgate turn right and drive on the SS 69 road for 18 Km up to Pontassieve, after which follow the directions given above.
By plane or train: The “Podere il Poggiolo” Holiday Farm is located in the open country, therefore if you decide to come by plane or train you will need to rent a car to reach the farm and go sightseeing. The closest airport is in Florence (called Amerigo Vespucci) and is connected with the main European airports. The closest railway station is in Rufina (4 Km from the holiday farm), with good connections with the FLORENCE Santa Maria Novella station.
