The agriturismo
Il Pausillo Agriturismo is situated on the Pausillo hill in the Nature Park of the same name with a view over the Lago Trasimeno and the borders of Tuscany. We are in the Paciano area famous for some of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
Our smallholding is an old farmhouse surrounded by nature and countryside. This peaceful beauty spot is the perfect holiday retreat, and a place to escape from our hectic lives and simply relax. You can enjoy swimming in the pool, cooling down between sunbathing. The surrounding area is great for short walks or trips out on a mountain bike.
On our small holding there is a small organic vegetable garden and we also produce our own organic olive oil. Just ask us about it.
The accommodation
The cottage has been restored keeping the original features intact and using only the site stones for the exterior walls, old bricks and chestnut beams inside the structure.
Three are the apartments of the structure with independent entrance, finely furnished and complete with all comforts; They add lovely terraces to relax.
At Pausillo: Apartment "Belvedere" 2 Px. With double bedroom, bathroom and panoramic terrace for the exclusive use of the apartment.
Apartment "Loggetta" 4 + 2 Px. With a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, fireplace and mezzanine as a double bedroom, bathroom and panoramic terrace for the exclusive use of the apartment.
Apartment "Il Fienile" 4 +3 Px. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with the possibility of two extra beds, kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom and large outdoor pergola.
Outside: barbecue, large green areas for walking and cycling, children's games, table tennis, mountain biking, 12 mt swimming pool with solarium.
There are 2 large library lounges, a relaxation area and a common room where breakfast is served.
At the Casina Rosa: Apartment "Salvia" 8 Px Ground floor: kitchen with fireplace, living room 2 places, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.First floor 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with shower.
Apartment "Alloro" 4 Px Living room with fully equipped kitchen and fireplace, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with shower and double bedroom.
Outside: barbecue, large green spaces for walking and cycling, children's games, 12 mt pool with solarium.
