Relax. With map in hand we’ve done all the work for you, compiling a list of agriturismi no more than 30 kilometers from main railway connections to cities like Rome, Florence, Perugia, Milan, Venice and more.

Agriturismi near Rome center

The Colosseum, Saint Peter’s, Imperial Forum, magnificent Piazza Navona and Piazza del Popolo... Legendary Rome abounds with historical attractions - and tourists! So where can you stay far from the chaos? Less than 20 kilometers from the Termini di Roma station you’ll find three farmhouses: Tenuta Muratella, Casale di Roma and Tre Acque.

The first is an old country home completely immersed in nature and equipped with comfortable rooms and apartments. Tenuta Muratella is the perfect agriturismo for families as there’s an ample play area for kids.

Tre Acque is in the Parco Naturale di Veio and, thanks to the Montebello-Flaminio railway, positioned perfectly for traveling to the city center without need of a car.

Agriturismi near Florence

All of Tuscany is splendid but no visit is complete without a stop in Florence. The city boasts the Ponte Vecchio, Galleria degli Uffizi and endless options for romantic walks along the Arno, across its pretty squares and through its maze of characteristic streets.

With the Santa Maria Novella railway station as our reference point, we’ve found an array of farmhouses less than 15 kilometers from the station.

One of the closest agritourisms is Borgo dei Ricci, just 9 km from the station. A stunning relais in the Tuscan hills surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, it’s ideally located for visiting Florence as well as other natural and artistic wonders in the region.

Agriturismi near Milan

Whether you’re visiting Milan for pleasure or business, the fast-pace of this metropolitan city can be overwhelming. After a busy day at Fashion Week, the International Furniture Fair, or touring its world-class museums, escape from the urban frenzy by returning to the peace and simple pleasures of an agriturismo.

The farmhouses closest to the city center are Dolce Luna and Azienda Agricola Furia, 

both less than 15 kilometers from Milan’s railway station.

Dolce Luna offers its guests a free shuttle service from the agriturismo to the M5 San Siro metro stop. Azienda Agricola Furia di Fortini Giuseppe is situated in Parco delle Groane and totally surrounded by bike paths. Just 400 meters away from the agriturismo there’s a train stop that takes you to Milan in 15 minutes!

If you’re travelling to Turin, home to the world-famous Egyptian Museum, Castello del Valentino, Mole Antoneliana, Via Roma and Via Po, there are many agriturismi near the city center.

La dotta, la grassa, la rossa... three nicknames for Italy’s much beloved Bologna! The city of Lucio Dalla, the Torre degli Asinelli, the world’s oldest university, and ragù!

"We spent 3 days in this place with friends. A really lovely place surrounded by lush hills. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, we couldn’t eat dinner here but breakfast was delicious and homemade. Very close to Bologna and convenient to reach the city. We felt at home and recommend this place."

Agriturismi near Bari

A little more than 30 km from the Santo Spirito station in Bari there are two masserie perfectly located for visiting the city center: Lama San Giorgio and Masseria Storica Pilapalucci.

Masseria Lama San Giorgio is a typical masseria in Puglia with a long history. It dates back to the first half of the 1800s and initially housed the farm’s tools and animals.
