Unfortunately, we are a small size company and the products we offer, of very high quality, leave little margin considering their cost. The reason why we agreed to lower the estimate so much is that we really care about having you as guests: it's not every day to celebrate 92 years and it seemed so tender that the whole family wanted to participate! That said, we decided to offer the same menu (and the same quantities) that we normally offer without drinks, sweets, coffee and bitter (paid separately), including exceptionally wines and cake. This has allowed you to save more than 100 euros! We also met with the schedule, since the birthday girl is used to eating early: we have opened restaurant and kitchen much earlier than usual just for you! And although we had initially agreed only the seating for the girls, as soon as we requested we prepared homemade pasta and sauce! The format, in fact, was the same as yours: to be cut, but certainly of higher quality than the one in the envelope; I was happy to know that the baby liked. Regarding the lamb, for sure it is not pulpy like some of those on the market. AND FOR FORTUNA!
