3 km from the centre of Noci, a typical Apulian farmhouse dating back to the late 1800s, with 7 hectares of woodland and 40 of crops, offering wholesome, relaxing stays in original "trullo" dwellings or rooms, all with original stone flooring and artisan furniture, made from restored pieces and recycled materials.
Breakfast is prepared using local ingredients, and subject to booking, you can enjoy typical lunches and dinners made with organic farm produce too. Farm produce is also available for purchase from the onsite shop (oil, flour, jams, honey, wine, baked goods, vegetables and cherries).
Or why not take part in a cookery class, and learn to prepare traditional dishes, tomato ragù, fruit preserves, bread and "friselle" with the ladies of the house.
All rooms and trulli include private outdoor space (with coffee tables and sunbeds), kettles with herbal teas, safes, 32" LCD TVs, minibars with a selection of free local produce, underfloor heating, organic courtesy sets, luxury bath towels and hairdryers. The trulli include crockery, cutlery, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and one also boasts its own heated whirlpool.
“Terram” farmhouse room: inside the historic farmhouse, with independent entrance on the raised ground floor, a room with the option to add a third bed, and a bathroom with walk-in shower built into the stone wall. The original stone walls ensure the room stays cool in summer. External patio with woodland views.
Trullo Ignis: enjoying views of the oak wood, this trullo comprises an open space layout with kitchen and kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed and original stone fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, all furnished with respect for the original 1800s style. Trullo Aer offers an open space double bedroom with kitchen, bathroom with shower built into the stone and a local stone sink. You'll also receive a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and a bottle of regional wine. Trullo Master Aqua is at the heart of the farm and offers an open space layout with kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed. A chestnut wood mezzanine accommodates a double bed with views of the historic cone roofs. On the ground floor there’s a bathroom with shower, double local stone sink and circular whirlpool bath with aromatherapy, colour therapy and music therapy functions. External stone patio. Here too, guests receive a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and a bottle of regional wine.
You can enjoy tours by bicycle or vintage car, taste oil, wine and cheese, explore the woodland on foot or on horseback, or treat yourself to a couple's massage in your room.
Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and the Itria Valley are just a short distance away, and venturing a little further takes you to Ostuni, Trani, Bari, Matera and Castel del Monte.
