The agriturismo

Just 3 km from the center of Noci, the typical late 19th-century Apulian masseria with 7 hectares of woodland and 40 hectares of crops offers authentic relaxing stays in a trullo or room: all accommodations have original stone floors and handcrafted furnishings, using restored pieces and reclaimed materials.

Breakfast is prepared with local raw materials. On reservation, typical lunches or dinners and prepared with organic products from the masseria, which can also be purchased in the store (oil, flour, jams, honey, wines, baked goods, vegetables, cherries).

Traditional dishes, tomato sauce, fruit preserves, bread, friselle are opportunities to experience with the ladies of the house through cooking classes organized for guests.

The accommodation

Each accommodation has a private outdoor lounging area (with coffee table and sun loungers), kettle with herbal tea set, safe,32" LCD TV, minibar with local products offered, underfloor heating, organic courtesy set, luxury towels in the bathroom and hair dryer. Trulli have crockery, cutlery, Wi-Fi and air conditioning; one has heated indoor Jacuzzi.

Terram room in masseria: inside the historic masseria, with separate entrance located on the raised ground floor, is a room with possibility of third extra bed, bathroom with walking shower carved into the stone wall. The original stone walls ensure a cool temperature in summer. The outdoor patio overlooks the forest.

Trullo Ignis: enjoys the view of the oak forest, and consists of open space with kitchen and kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed and original stone fireplace; double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The furnishings respect the original lines of the late 1800s.

The Aer trullo offers an open-plan double room with kitchen; bathroom with shower carved out of the stone and sink made of local stone. Guests will find a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and a bottle of regional wine.

Trullo Master Aqua is the heart of the masseria and offers an open space with kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed. On a chestnut wood mezzanine a double bed and a view of the historic cones. On the first floor is the bathroom with shower, double sink in local stone, circular Jacuzzi, with aromatherapy, chromotherapy and music therapy functions. Outdoor stone patio. Also here, a bottle of extra virgin olive oil and a bottle of regional wine.

Dinner is available on site only upon request and possible availability.

A bar service is always available where you can request platters of typical cold cuts and cheeses and apericene with products from the masseria.

Activities and surrounding

You can enjoy tours by bicycle or vintage car, taste oil, wine and cheese, explore the woodland on foot or on horseback, or treat yourself to a couple's massage in your room.

Alberobello, Castellana Grotte and the Itria Valley are just a short distance away, and venturing a little further takes you to Ostuni, Trani, Bari, Matera and Castel del Monte.

Amazing
We were very excited about everything: hostess, the sweet trullis, the animals and plants and THE BREAKFAST! The farm was very authentic and tastefully decorated. In the evening we enjoyed the wine with the romantic lighting.
