Contrada Ferri - S.P. n. 14 Ostuni-Martina Km 16, 72017 Ostuni (Brindisi)
In the Ostuni hills, on a 100 hectare estate in the Itria Valley, the agriturismo is home to an old farmhouse from the 1600s with typical "trulli" dwellings, a swimming pool and a consecrated chapel, surrounded by dense woodland.

Farm produce, such as pork/beef, typical cheeses (Caciocavallo, Cacioricotta, Ricotta Forte and more), Cabernet and Martina F. white wines can be purchased from the farm shop.
The educational farm offers an extensive range of activities.
Guest accommodation is provided in 4 characteristic stone “trulli” dwellings with views of the farmyard, fully renovated and comprising bedrooms with barrel vault ceilings and arches, private bathrooms with showers, kitchenettes, TVs in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, free parking, independent entrances and outside patios.
Holy Mass is still celebrated in the on-site chapel today.
As well as strolling among the dry stone walls and age old oak tyres, guests can also take part in some of the host of different workshops offered by the educational farm, enjoy excursions by mountain bike or on foot, go on a guided tour of the farmhouse and the farm and meet the animals, forage for mushrooms or get involved in the harvest (September – October).
The agriturismo is just a short distance from the white city of Ostuni with its stunning historic centre and cathedral, as well as the Adriatic Coast and the hamlets of the Itria Valley.

Arriving rather late, we were very warmly welcomed. Spent two nights in one of the Trulli of the Masséria; a dream. A small courtyard b=for our breakfast, possibility to prepare a small meal, tips for visiting, shop addresses for shopping, a swimming pool for refreshment, etc. And all this in a bucolic setting. Frankly, La Masséria is an essential place to stay at a very reasonable price and to be at the centre of your travels.

Masseria Ferri was exactly what we hoped to experience in Italian agriturismo. Patrizia and her family (and the dogs and kitten! we grew very fond of Tommy the big white dog) were so welcoming, the breakfasts perfect, trullo just right, the pool refreshing in the afternoon and an Italian cooking class by Rosa and Elena for the guests was a real highlight as we learned local cooking but it was also very social and a lovely meal. We had a meal at the Masseria on a second night also. We also got me see a bambino asini just hours after it was born to huge excitement by everyone. Us and other guests we met were sad to leave as it was so relaxing and friendly - exactly what you want from a holiday. It is also a perfect base for trips to Martina Franca, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Alberobello and even the coast was only a 40-minute drive away. There's also a mini-market 1km which also has a popular deli so you can make your own lunch.
Our stay at Patrizia and her family was very unique !! From the communication over the friendliness and warmth we were very enthusiastic! We felt very comfortable from the first minutes with them and did not want to move on after our stay. Patrizia and her husband have taken time to talk and have shown us their farm. At breakfast we were surprised daily with home-made delicacies, the dinner in the Masseria with traditional Apulian dishes was delicious. I also highly recommend the house wine. The trulli was very well maintained and cozy. Just as clean and beautiful is the entire Masseria. The location is very good for visiting the surrounding towns and going on excursions. The sea is not too far away either. Thanks for the great moments !!! We can highly recommend this accommodation, especially Patrizia and her family, and we are happy to pass on an excellent one !!
