Typical farmhouse of the Salento area dating back to 1700, carefully restored maintaining the architectural details of the past. Located just a few minutes from the sea and immersed in the countryside, it could be the ideal place for those who want to relax far from the city.

The infinitypool with massaging waterfall surrounded by dry stone walls and the green of the garden will be the perfect combination where you can relax and regenerate.

The accommodation

The structure has a solution residence b & b, offers 7 cozy studios spacious 30 square meters and consists of equipped kitchenette, sleeping area with double bed, private bathroom with shower.

From the stables and barns have been obtained 6 cozy studios and a double bedroom. All carefully furnished with taste and practicality.

The ancient walls that surround them bring to light the different phases of construction. The old walls made entirely of stones maintained with earth and straw intertwine with the walls of Lecce stone creating a perfect harmony. Even the roofs are those of the past with wooden beams, arches and terracotta tiles.

The studios are divided into two types, studios with garden view and studios inside the small courtyard.

Overlooking the garden are the studios: Lu focalire, Paiara 5, Paiara 6, Paiara 7.

Then we have the double room: Lu puzzu spacious and with the possibility of extra bed. The room is not equipped with a kitchenette.

Their position and the thick walls allow the rooms to have a cooler climate even in summer as they are sheltered from the sun; excellent solution for a group of friends or a family who prefers to benefit from greater privacy.

Each apartment has a kitchenette equipped with pots and pans, private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, digital TV, mosquito nets, clothesline, bed linen and towels, bath kit, free wi fi, deck chairs and parking.

All seven studios can enjoy the barbeque corner and the large common outdoor veranda overlooking the garden, equipped with gazebos with tables and chairs, ideal for an outdoor lunch or dinner.
