The agriturismo

A typical Masseria dating back to the early 1700s, nestled in the green Salento countryside, it is about 3 km from the sea between Torre dell'Orso and Otranto and 1 km from small Borgagne.

For four generations it has been the residence of the Mariano family. Today Antonio and Alessandra with their little Diletta and Greta will be pleased to welcome guests in these rooms steeped in history to make you experience Salento in its full Beauty and Authenticity.

The accommodation

The Masseria has six rooms, characteristic and comfortable, all with equipped and ready-to-use kitchenette, refrigerator, TV, private bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, mosquito nets and private outdoor space furnished with garden furniture.

In the main courtyards are other relaxation areas, children's play area and barbecue.

A well-stocked vegetable garden is made available to guests where they can go to pick fruit and vegetables and then prepare them in their own rooms.

Shaded parking space is reserved inside the Masseria.

Activities and surrounding

The Masseria is the residence of the owners Antonio, Alessandra with little Diletta and Greta, so you have the opportunity to have a constant point of reference for all your needs, from beach service, to restaurant recommendations, to various proposals on historical and naturalistic guided tours, excursions on horseback, by boat, canoe or quad, food and wine tours with tastings in the main wineries of Salento.

The property is 3 km from the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea between Torre dell'Orso and Otranto, an alternation of rocky coastline and long beaches with silver-colored sand, a coastline already awarded countless Blue Flags and the 5 Sails of Lega Ambiente.

The town of reference about 1 km away is Borgagne, a small Salento village that has joined "Authentic Villages of Italy."

The Masseria is also close to the main roads leading to the main cities of Salento.

I have been managing Masseria Salentina since 2019 along with my family.
We take care of: we welcome the guests, we are responsible for communication, we take care of the crops.
I decided to manage an agriturismo because to live in nature
