The agriturismo
We have renovated Masseria San Cosimo, dating back to the last years of the '800 and we finished the most important works about a year ago.
Immersed in nature and far from the stresses of modern and everyday life, we are in the heart of Salento, on the road that connects Carpignano Salentino to Otranto, about 10 minutes by car to be in the golden beaches of Salento. equipped with a large swimming pool, with green spaces around is the place for lovers of tranquility.
The accommodation
Masseria San Cosimo is composed of 9 rooms set in 2500 pictures of greenery, with all the comforts available. the air-conditioned rooms, but always cooler than normal, just for reasons of construction, with very thick walls, just because they date back to the original structure. Each room has a mini bar inside, brand new mattresses and we offer daily cleaning service for all our guests. In the central patio you can find our natural pond, where carp and water lilies proliferate. For guests who want to take a bike ride, Masseria San Cosimo offers a bike service.
Not far from the rooms, the relaxation area with swimming pool and green area, where a thousand colors of flowers make it a unique frame. the adjacent grove on hot days is the point of coolness lean.
Every morning, for our guests we will prepare a hearty breakfast, being able to use two areas, one internal and one external.
Masseria San Cosimo is centrally located with respect to all the most beautiful destinations in Salento, such as Otranto, San Foca, Lecce, Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca.
