The flagship is the restaurant with summer terrace Rifugio del Re that offers genuine dishes, typical of the culinary tradition of Salento and Puglia, expertly proposed by the Chefs, but also recipes of Italian and international cuisine. Each meal is a regal, unique moment, to be enjoyed in a natural setting enhanced by a refined environment.
Quality and freshness of the ingredients are the cornerstones of the restaurant's success, as well as the exclusive use of zero-mileage raw materials or those produced directly on site.
