Zona B/121, Contrada Capitolo 74015 Martina Franca (Taranto) Code
A small, pretty, wholesome rural hamlet in the Apulia region, where barns and other farm buildings have been transformed into cosy accommodation and a restaurant serving high quality cuisine.
Brothers Antonio and Leonardo are preserving their family legacy, and sharing it in their traditional cuisine and their farm produce, especially the baked goods and white wines (the farm is located in the Locorotondo DOC wine region).
A large, traditional farm comprising a two-storey house and a beautiful cluster of typical “trulli” and “cummerse” dwellings.
The light on the hamlet highlights the features of a typical architecture in which the eye is drawn to the walls "nursed" in lime and the local stone meticulously polished to make the most of its natural freshness, ensuring the same freshness on the inside too.
From the terrace of the newest cluster, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, from lush woodland to green pastures marked out by dry stone walls.
The 4 double rooms with bathrooms, overlooking the courtyard, are cosy and tastefully furnished without losing their simple, age-old rural style.
In the large restaurant, with its exposed local stone walls, guests can enjoy true Apulia cuisine, the “basic” style, once borne from necessity has now become part of the cultural heritage which the Catucci family are proud to share with their guests.
