Agriturismo Borgo Piazza

In the heart of Calabria and the Mediterranean, on an estate with 44 hectares of olive, citrus, almond,  and prickly pear trees, pastures and vegetable gardens, the agriturismo and the resort and stand on the hills like a balcony on the Ionian sea, in the middle of the Gulf of Squillacebetween CapoRizzuto and Punta Stilo, a short distance from Catanzaro Lido and a few miles from well-known seaside resorts (Copanello, Caminia, Soverato) and the plateaus of Sila and the Serre.

Safe Welcoming:

- Table-served breakfasts;

- Hand sanitizer gel in common areas.

Hospitality is ensured in cozy accommodations in the restored nineteenth-century farmhouse, new elegant Junior Suites, apartments and independent villas accompanied by a traditional restaurant with the products of organic farming.

Rooms in the farmhouse

For 2 people (surface not less than 14 square meters); they are located in the Main House, with double bed or 2 single beds, private bathroom, large ceiling fan, air conditioning, winter heating, mini bar, TV, and free wi-fi.

The rates shown on the websiteinclude: daily cleaning and tidying up (9-12 am), bed linen and towels (one change after 3 nights), car parking, air conditioning, winter heating with radiators, use of swimming pool (from 9 to 18:30), Relaxation Area in the pine forest, trails, sports fields, and playground.

Junior Suite

Spacious studios of 45 sqm. approx. with double bed (or two singles) in the sleeping area, and living area also useful for 1 - 2 extra beds already present (triple and quadruple); private bathroom, minibar, TV, 2 air conditioning units, terrace, 2 deck chairs.

They are not equipped with cooking facilities.

The rates shown on the websiteinclude: daily cleaning and tidying up (9-12 a.m.), bed and bath linen (one change after 3 nights), hot and cold air conditioning, reserved and covered car parking, use of the swimming pool (from 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.), Relaxation Area in the Pinewood, Paths, sports fields and Playground.

Apartmentsand Villas

One-room apartments for 2 people, three-room apartments for 4/5 people, two villas of 140 square meters for 4-7 people.

They are all independent accommodations, with fully equipped kitchen, furniture and essential kitchenware, private bathroom (two bathrooms in the Villas).

The rates shown on the website refer only to the overnight stay andinclude: car parking, water consumption, use of swimming pool (from 9 to 18:30), Relaxation Area in the Pinewood, Paths, sports fields, and Playground.

Theydo not include: daily cleaning and tidying up, electricity and gas consumption, laundry service on request (10 euro per wash - max 10 kg), and supply of towels and bed linen. This can be provided on request and must be changed every 7 days (respectively at a cost of: € 10 for double bed, € 8 for single bed, and € 10 per person for bathroom equipment - face-bidet-cloth -not usable as beach/pool towel or for animals).

Options: the apartments are equipped with a cleaning set; if you want daily tidying up, or other cleaning services, you can agree on the price according to the frequency and extent of the service required.

There is a fixed contribution per house, for cleaning at the end of the stay, and in case of the presence of animals, an extra cost for environmental sanitation at the end of the stay.

For fun and sport: mountain bike trails, soccer field, volleyball, bowling, a small lake for fishing.

Surrounded by over 18 km of trails in the oak, eucalyptus and Aleppo pine woods, next to a small lake inhabited by ducks, carp and catfish, the agriturismo enjoys a privileged location for lovers of excursions, fishing and nature.

Three drinking water sources ensure, among other things, abundant water resources for the reservoir and irrigation of the whole estate. The farm uses natural resources with farming practices using organic fertilisation and crop rotation, ensuring traditional organic produce that can be enjoyed at the agriturismo.
