This farmhouse is situated in Marina di Gioiosa Jonica which is less then 1, 5 km from the house. Immersed in the greenery of hills covered in olive trees, it's only 1,5 km far from the seaside. It offers the possibility to enjoy its typical products as well as accommodation in flats and rooms.

The structure offers many outdoor spaces and is equipped with several services, such as swimming pool surrounded by olive trees, tennis court, bowls, table tennis, mini football, volleyball and bicycles. Ideal for children, it also offers a playground and the opportunity to live in contact with farm animals.
The central restaurant offers typical Mediterranean dishes, especially Calabrian, prepared with products provided by the company or neighboring companies seasoned with the hospitality and sympathy of the owners.
Own production: oil, vegetables (chilli, tomatoes, courgettes, aubergines, peppers, corn), fruits (lemons, oranges, figs, tangerines, blackberries), meat, eggs, sausages, liquors.

The Farmhouse has ten hectares of land and it is surrounded by olives groves. The owner will welcome you with enthusiasm and will be glad to tell you about rural activities. The Farmhouse is only 1,5 km far from the seaside.
It is situated in Marina di Gioiosa Jonica which is less then 1, 5 km from the house.
There are a lots of restaurants, bar, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops of any kind also of speciality regional foods. It is an excellent area for riding horses.
