The agriturismo
The ‘A Pittara is a farm measuring around 9 hectares and offers a splendid view of the city of Tropea, about 10 km away. It’s located at 180 meters above sea level on a natural terrace overlooking the sea and is nestled in a lush olive grove and vineyard. Its geographic location is ideal for exploring the characteristic surroundings and for spending a pleasant vacation at the shore (about 3 km away) while enjoying enchanting views of Pizzuta, Tonnara, and S. Irene.
The accommodation
An old, completely restored cantina forms the central structure, with a dining area, pool and whirlpool, and five bedrooms, all with TV and bath, three of which have a patio and mezzanine.
Nearby, there are two comfortable, carefully restored apartments, formerly a pig sty and stable. These apartments have a living room with kitchen unit, bathroom, bedroom, and private outside area.
Activities and surrounding
A vacation for nature lovers in the name of relax and rest; guests have a shaded and equipped relax area, with a lovely view of the sea, spacious areas for strolls and excursions in mountain bikes.
For those who love good food, you certainly won’t be disappointed: at the agriturismo you can savor typical Calabrese specialties with the wonderful Tropea red onions, grown on site and proposed in numerous inviting dishes, the ‘nduya of Spilinga, extra virgin olive oil, onion and chili pepper jams, citrus spreads, various liquors, almonds, and wine (The organic farmhouse 'A Pittara is ccpb certified).

For those who love history and visiting new places you can discover the ancient city of Tropea with its historic center, Norman cathedral, splendid entranceways of a few palaces, and the Church of S.
