"Year 2011-12"
02/15/2012I spent 4 nights at the New Year 2011-12. The property is located in a dominant position with breathtaking views! In fact it is not easy to find and reach, but not particularly difficult. The hotel and rooms were recently renovated. The room cleaning is not honoring the magnificent structure. Upon our arrival we found the rooms also pretty icy. Congratulations for dinner (really good) and spitalità Dr. Scola. Too bad for dinner the restaurant was closed. Good also welcome for our mutt (Great Dane).

"An extraordinary place among people of sound principles"
10/31/2011We stayed in the house of All Saints and Scola in the bridge we arrived there by car thanks to the detailed information sent by e-mail from dr. Scola. It comes to the accommodation along a cobblestone street that runs along for about a mile, the bed of a creek at the bottom of a valley so rich in greenery, ferns and mosses that seems to be in Ireland or Scotland. At the end of this charming route after three or four hairpins here we are with a beautiful structure that emerges from a thick olive grove, which offers a breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples. The dr. Scola with great courtesy Pompeii has given us the room size, furniture, and cleaning capabilities fully satisfactory. I spent with my wife stay calm and relaxed, satisfied both by the discovery of the beautiful town of Gragnano and its hardworking people, and by the friendliness of all staff home Scola in a climate of harmonious co-operation meets the requirements of all. Apologies to the doctors Scola (uncle and nephew), but be remarked that the patience and the grace of Mrs Eva, a thirty year old Neapolitan sun has a graceful wisdom even glorifying meritocracy! We were amazed! Thanks for everything. Bari and we'll be back with our friends to the feast of pasta in September.

"There andatee NOT!"
08/21/2011We returned today from a stay of 2 nights and 3 days c / o the farmhouse "Casa Scola" .. we escaped! Friday arrival we were accommodated in a room of luck - we were warned (without giving us an explanation) that we had to change rooms during your stay .. but we were told that we would sleep on a sofa bed in the direction photos surrounded by personal computers, printer and. .. the farm phone hole in a room without even the light at your fingertips. Above all, we were not warned that this room with the word "direction" bordered on the breakfast hall and the kitchen. result: wake up at 7.30 in the morning. Despite our complaints the owner did ignore it .. claiming also to say that 7.30 is not soon .. but they are on vacation .. I will decide when I wake up? for the rest: difficult to achieve as located on a street wrecked barely marked on the navigator, far from the major attractions of the Amalfi Coast. The beaches (gravel or rocks) station is dirty (we are talking about refrigerators, glass everywhere, etc.) and traffic and anarchy anywhere else. The place where the farm is located is actually very nice .. pity that the quiet little else: music and shouting from the district until late at night and especially on the right corner of the farm motorbike racing modified driven by kids 16 years .. not to mention the beautiful dog Usky imprisoned in a cage 2 * 2 .. stuff to strip the news! Before we leave we submitted a written complaint, as provided for by the general conditions of the package that we met and started to get all answer calls and threatening messages .. in short, a nightmare! !!!!!

"Pleasant, quiet stay"
07/18/2011We enjoyed the service provided by Lina, the hostess and cook, who makes excellent cappucino and crostatine. The views from the balconies are amazing. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean, though the room was quite dusty. The bathroom was large, clean, and convenient. We stayed in the Capri room with our young adult children and had plenty of space. The main drawback would be that this is an extremely difficult place to find, especially for someone unfamiliar with the village of Gragnano and it's quirky traffic patterns and one-way streets. My husband is Italian and we spend a lot of time in Italy, so we are not unfamiliar with driving in Italy, yet we finally had to ask a police officer for directions to find it! It is located on a little cobblestone road which winds through a picturesque valley before climbing the hill through a series of very tight switchbacks. It is this remote location, however, which gives Casa Scola the peace and quiet that marked our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Casa Scola and Lina's breakfasts!
