Tourist tax: €2.00 per day, per person over 14 years old. Mandatory cost to be paid at the facility.
Reservation and cancellation procedures
To confirm a room reservation, 40% of the expected amount for the entire stay must be paid as a deposit. The balance must be paid upon arrival. The deposit is refundable, to the extent of 60%, with cancellation up to 15 days before the start of the stay. Beyond that date, the deposit will be retained as a penalty and not returned.
To confirm the reservation of more than two rooms or the entire facility, 50% of the expected amount for the entire stay must be paid as a deposit. The balance must be paid upon arrival. The deposit is refundable, to the extent of 60%, with cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the stay. Beyond that date, the deposit will be retained as a penalty and not returned.
To confirm reservations made in the thirty days prior to the arrival date, the full amount must be paid as the balance of the stay. This amount is refundable, to the extent of 50%, with cancellation up to 3 days before the start of the stay. Beyond that date the full amount will not be refunded.
