The farm offers all the magnificence of the natural mountain scenery, integrated with services, entertainment and healthy gastronomy.

Representative dishes include: handmade tortellini Bolognese with spelt flour, tagliatelle and various risottos, and baked rosoni. Cuisine particularly suitable for those with intolerances. They process only organically produced spelt , milled in their own mill.

The accommodation
The agritourism began operating in 1987, the year the Emilia Romagna regional law came out. It is located at an altitude of 800 meters, situated in an enviable panoramic position in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.
Tourists are accommodated in 8 rooms equipped with all comforts and in an apartment.
Thelarge commonroom seats about 90 people and is built with exposed stones and wood, respecting the rustic mountain setting. The same hall is also equipped formeetings.
The kitchen, taken care of directly by Ms. Giovanna, offers traditional local dishes, reminiscent of tastes and flavors of the past. The raw materials are organic and everything is handmade, from pastas to desserts.
The cuisine is based on spelt and rye for those who are intolerant to wheat flour

Also available to guests is a beautiful pool, 12 meters in length, with a small pond.
