The agriturismo
The dream of the owners was to create a place that combined a love for art with a fondness for nature, a passion for authentic flavors and a vocation for sharing and hospitality. This dream became reality in an ancient restored hay loft, nestled in nature and the peacefulness of the hills outside Bologna, amidst erosion furrows and centuries-old trees.
But the Fienile Fluò is also a place for art, performance, and fun. Every day an event enlivens the stay of our guests: theater performances, concerts, DJ sets, workshops for adults and kids, in a magical location full of charm.
The accommodation
The cuisine is inspired by the cycle of the seasons and the products of the territory, creatively combined with some traditional dishes. The raw materials used are strictly fresh and come from the fields of the company or from farms and farms in the area, selected according to the reliability of procedures.
In full sun, on the clayey soils that characterize the area, grow the DOC vines of Pinot Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, while in a more sheltered part, the young vines of Muller Turghau and Moscato.
