At the restaurant of the La Fontana di Gessaroli farmhouse it is possible to taste traditional Bolognese recipes , for which particular attention is paid to the research of raw materials and their seasonality; for this reason there is no à la carte menu, but the dishes vary according to the availability of the ingredients.
Everything is done at home , starting from the first courses based on fresh pasta; also the breakfasts served to guests staying in the structure are based on jams and honey of own production, biscuits and homemade cakes.
For exclusive events, the menu can be agreed in advance.
