Check in: by appointment. During the journey, communicate the name of the reservation and the time of arrival by WhatsApp message to the company phone number 0039 348 2312034 communicating - at least half an hour in advance - the exact time of arrival at the facility.
Check out: by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Children: Different discount percentages are agreed upon (from 20 to 60%) depending on age and services required.
Single Room Cost: Per single night of stay, the cost per DOUBLE SINGLE USE room is 90 euros. Single rooms are not always available, especially restrictions are made on weekends.
SPA Access: It is included in the room rate for all afternoons of the length of stay, during the scheduled opening hours (2:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.). On the day scheduled for departure, the spa is normally NOT included in the cost of the room. It can be enjoyed by adding the various LATE CHECK OUT formulas, which can be agreed upon at the time of booking.
Meals: Traditional Emilia-Romagna cuisine with a fixed menu, decided by the managers according to the seasonality of the dishes. For any special requests (special dietary habits, religious habits, allergies, intolerances etc.) you must request information at the time of booking. Dining is NOT always guaranteed: the restaurant opens with a minimum number of guests of 35. When in-house service is not available there are - within a radius of about 10 km - a wide choice of agritourisms, trattorias and other eateries. One of them is also within walking distance.
