The agriturismo
The Prato Grande Farmhouse is located in a spectacular viewpoint in the municipality of Loiano, in the province of Bologna, just 35 km from Tuscany. Staying in this magnificent structure you have the opportunity to have fun in the open air, do various sports and relax in peace; holiday home suitable for both young people and families with children.
The accommodation
The Farmhouse is a historic accommodation dating back to the first half of the 18th century, originally composed of dwelling, barn and stable.The entire farm is spread over 15 hectares of land dedicated to fodder cultivation, forage and orchards.
The farmhouse belonged to the grandparents of the owner who some years ago restored it with care, keeping the characteristics of stone-built walls, old hand-painted roofs cover the roof, the interior conserves the wooden ceilings and the floors are made in cotto tile.
From the stables and the barn there were six independent apartments, furnished in a rural style.
