The agriturismo
The farmhouse is a renovated old farmhouse located in the heart of theTuscan-Romagna Apennines, 5 km from the Tuscan border.
Attached farm with certified organic production.
According to the principle of eco-sustainability, the ecological footprint determined by the production of household waste, consumption of water, gas and electricity during their stay is calculated for all guests. The ecological footprint has no cost.
The accommodation
The farmhouse, a 1700s pavilion house recently renovated in keeping with the Tuscan-Romagna tradition, consists of apartments for 4-8-10 people, all equipped with satellite TV.
The master apartment has two double bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room with a large fireplace. If necessary it can have a third room with two double sofa beds. From the windows of the rooms there is a view of the farm's vineyards.
The Barn apartments located on the ground and mezzanine floors of the farmhouse both have bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The Stalla apartment has an arched ceiling restored to their original state.
The farmhouse consists of five apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen, private entrance and a private courtyard equipped with chairs and tables. The farmhouse has a common area with a swimming pool for exclusive use.
The property has a total of 30 beds as follows:
Manor House: two double bedrooms and another room with 2 double sofa beds (sleeps 8).
Stalla 2 Apartment: two double bedrooms and another apartment with a double sofa bed (sleeps 6).
Barn Apartment Above: one double bed and one double sofa bed (sleeps 4).
BarnApartment Below: one double bed and one double sofa bed (sleeps 4).
FIENILE SOTTO APARTMENT: one double bed and one double sofa bed sleeps 4.
Activities and surrounding
Guests may also use the panoramic pool, overlooking the vineyards.
The agriturismo offers a farm, with organic products, including extra virgin olive oil, wine (Sangiovese, Merlot, Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon), and honey (Millefiori and Acacia). Here guests may also follow the phases of olive and grape harvesting/farming, along with honey production. Guests may also savor our products, and even “adopt a row of grape vines” (wine bottles will be directly mailed to your home).
Upon request, cooking lessons are offered (at an extra fee), regarding typical local dishes and tours to the historic centers nearby.
