The agriturismo
Nestled in the green Modena Apennines, the agriturismo enjoys wonderful views. The Cervaro river runs along the edge of the estate, forming a little waterfall and a small natural lake for swimming. The perfect place for a simple, relaxed break surrounded by nature, this agriturismo and campsite offers a bar serving drinks and snacks, plenty of well-maintained outdoor space and outstanding facilities.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers pitches for guest motorhomes, caravans and tents, including electric hook-up, as well as its own mobile home and caravans, with all the home comforts you could need.
The mobile home comprises a double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with three beds, a small kitchen, separate shower and wc, hot water, air conditioning and heating, and electricity. The two caravans each offer 4 beds, plus a kitchenette, wc, hot water, heating and electricity, and the two "Family" tents (Quechua, model Arpenaz Family) can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Outside, in addition to the swimming pool, you'll find a BBQ area, loungers, tables for dining outdoors and a children's play area. There's also a relaxation room with stereo, TV and board games. Facilities include: waste water disposal; toilets and showers with hot water; laundry space with washing machine; a well-equipped kitchen area with hob, guest fridge and sink; bar serving drinks and snacks; communal indoor space with tables.
