We are Stefano and Elisabetta and this is our small multifunctional organic farm.
Part of the land is cultivated with cereals (soft wheat and spelled) which we then stone-ground to obtain the flours we use in the kitchen.
We have a vegetable garden, aromatic herbs and some fruit plants: they decide what you will eat. And then there are our animals: goats for milk, Leghorn hens for eggs; horses, dogs and cats…. for cuddles 😊
In our Farm To Table you will find a warm, intimate and familiar atmosphere. We will let you taste our products and those of other small producers: savory pies with vegetables from our garden, artisan cured meats and raw milk cheeses, accompanied by vegetables, jams and sauces, naturally leavened bread and focaccia; fresh pasta and then our desserts .... rustic cakes and biscuits to accompany coffee or a good herbal tea.
We are not a restaurant ... Our goal is not to "invent" something new and propose gourmet dishes, nor to "break through" with food of low quality and dubious origin. but to enhance our products and those of other companies in the area that, like us, pay the utmost attention to the quality and sustainability of work.
All this is our little world that we will have the pleasure of sharing with those looking for a simple and genuine atmosphere and who want to try to press the "PAUSE" button for a few hours.
