Final cleaning (apartments): For weekly stays in the apartments Romagna mia and Sala Rossa loft there is an additional cost of Euro 40.00 for final cleaning; Euro 50.00 for apartment Maioliche and Suite Leonardo.
Restaurant openings: Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening. Sunday lunch and dinner. Reservations are recommended.
Swimming pool: The use of the swimming pool is included / upon reservation. The pool is equipped with an outdoor Jacuzzi. There is also a private spa in the pool area for a fee. We do not provide bath towels for the pool. There is an extra charge for extra use after check out.
Services included per apartment: The price includes use of the kitchenette and the consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning and/or heating. The final cleaning does not include cleaning of the kitchen, which must be left clean and tidy on the day of departure, otherwise you will be charged Euro 30.00 for cleaning the kitchen. Daily cleaning and tidying up are not included in the weekly stay.
Children: up to 4 years who do not require extra bed Free. Children up to 12 years Euro 15.00 per night.
Dogs: small and medium sizeddogs allowed only by reservation and on payment.you will pay a final cleaning from 15 to 25 euros
