The agriturismo
Located on the hills of Rimini, in the Conca Valley, the estate is managed by two professional sommeliers.
The farmhouse is part of an 8-hectare farm that produces Sangiovese DOC and extra-virgin olive oil and enjoys ample green space for breakfast on the lawn, snacks, aperitifs and picnics in the farmyard.
The farmhouse is a place to relax, a short distance from both the sea of the Romagna Riviera and the Apennines.
The farm organizes wine tastings, typical piadinas, cheeses and cold cuts from Romagna.

The accommodation
Both apartments overlook the garden and are located on the ground floor, immersed in the green countryside between peace, singing birds and the scent of nature. They offer fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning and satellite TV.
Guests have two accommodations that can be used as apartments or rooms, according to their needs:
- Two-roomed apartment or Salvia room: double bedroom with bathroom (shower); communicating bedroom with two single beds and bathroom (shower); kitchenette composed of column refrigerator with freezer, two electric cooking plates, sink with one bathtub, complete with all kitchen accessories, table and chairs.
- Studio or Blue Room: double bed, large bathroom (shower), single bed and possibility of adding a cot, fully equipped kitchenette with 2 electric burners, refrigerator with small freezer, microwave, table and chairs.
In the farm there is also a swimming pool with solarium, hammock, gazebo, rocking chair, tables, chairs and barbecue.
Activities and surrounding
The estate is a good starting point to visit the coast of Romagna (reachable in 15 minutes by car) and its amusement parks such as Aquafan, Oltremare, Fiabilandia and Italy in miniature. The area is dotted with castles and historic villages, such as Gradara, San Leo, the Republic of San Marino, Santarcangelo, Verucchio, Montefiore, Montegridolfo and all the Malatesta castles.
Riccione and San Marino, with their shopping streets, Rimini with its history, miles of beaches, but also the unspoilt nature of the Reserve of Onferno (just behind the house) or Monte San Bartolo, with cliffs overlooking the sea and deserted coves.
The farm also offers car rental and driver services for weddings and reception for dogs and pets during the holidays.
