The accommodation
"The Guardians" so 'we called our farm because of the two huge poplars more' than centenarians at the entrance of the estate. He was born in Carlino a few years ago from the idea of ??recreating the environment of an old country house, not only the appearance but above all the peaceful and natural living of the past. We have a vineyard, an orchard and a vegetable garden to grow, without chemicals and pesticides, besides a small breeding of pigs and poultry that roam outdoors (you must feel that salami!). The house is entirely made of wood and bricks, renovated with the most natural materials and paints. The furniture and the various furnishings have been recovered and restored by us with patience and care, all of which contributes to the search for a simple and relaxing environment, formed by the history of the past, above all natural and not forcibly created in art. The structure is deliberately small, the dining room contains at most thirty people and this allows us to take care not so much of the service that is simple but welcoming, but the quality, freshness and genuineness of the food. The home cooking is made of unprocessed dishes, that of clicks to enlarge the grandparents' photo to understand each other, and it is by reservation only. The rooms are four for a total of eight beds, all equipped with bathroom and air conditioning (describe them is difficult). From Carlino there are several possibilities for excursions for all tastes: the naturalistic oasis of Marano Lagunare at 5 km, short description: the lagoon, the casoni the foci of the star with its "Park of Villa Otelio" with its aquarium
