The agriturismo
The farmhouse is currently housed in an old stone building that dates back to the end of the 18th century and has been an inn since 1812. Here you can deep in the past and recall the atmosphere of the old Friulian farmer’s house, surrounded by the vineyards and lapped against the stream called “Mortesina”, along the ancient Roman track Julia Augusta.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has been recently renovated to highlight the old structure of the building that has housed the inn since 1812. Here you can relax in the atmosphere of the typical Friulian farmer’s house and take a seat close to the fireplace, while tasting our “DOC Friuli Aquileia” wines, homemade salami and sausages as well as typical dishes of the local cuisine such as frico (fried cheese dish), donkey stew and many other specialties in season.
All the bedrooms, located in the wooden roof attic, boast a very cosy atmosphere and are equipped with private bathroom, air-conditioning, sat tv and heating system. Disabled facilities are also available. A rich breakfast awaits you to start up a new day after a quite rest.
