The farm of 13 hectares cultivated with olive groves, vineyards, orchards and vegetable gardens, opened its doors to hospitality in 2002, renovating an old family farm.

Situated 8 km from Sperlonga, in the enchanting scenery of the Ulysses Riviera, it offers, together with its 6 comfortable rooms, a swimming pool and a restaurant where you can taste the products that the family has always cultivated.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pontine Hills, Gaeta Olives, Olive Pate, IGT Wine Oak Valley Cabernet and Chardonnay, in addition to being tasted at the table, can be purchased directly at the farm.

To guarantee the safety of our guests we have taken all the anti-covid measures indicated;

the rooms and relative keys are sanitized before the arrival of a new guest;

common areas are sanitized many times a day;

the restaurant tables are arranged at an adequate distance and sanitized daily;

access to the pool is allowed to seven people at a time after a soapy shower, and the surrounding floor is frequently sanitized;

we provide hand sanitizing gel in two points of the structure;

The manner farm is located on top of a hill, completely surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. It is made up of two separate buildings: the 6 bedrooms are located in the old stables, each one with its own private entry onto the terrace-courtyard: the reception area, restaurant and lounge are located in the manor house made entirely of stone, terra cotta and wood;
The pool is nestled in the garden among the olive trees, laurel and the oleanders where it is surrounded by a soft grassy carpet. There is a fabulous 360° view that continues on to the sea.

In the quiet of the countryside you can spend the entire day comfortably lounging by the pool, take cooling swims and use the Jacuzzi tub completely nestled in the countryside with the sea on the horizon.
For those who love the sea, there are many places to choose from: Sperlonga with its charming beaches can be reached in only 15 minutes by going along the via Flacca towards Gaeta; the coast is peppered with coves, some that are only reachable by sea.

There is no lack of artistic and historic attractions since the area contains important remains from the Roman Era. Heading more to the North, you can reach the beaches of Terracina, San Felice Circeo andSabaudia that are also interesting archeological sites from the Roman Era. From the nearby tourist port of Formia (13 km), you can take sightseeing tours by boat along the coast or daily excursions to the Pontine Islands: Ponza, Ventotene, Palmarola.. Those who enjoy excursions in nature can visit the Monti Aurunci Regional Park or the Circeo National Park. The Aurunci, Ausoni and Lepini Mountains that surround the complex are full of Cistercian Monasteries: Fossanova, Casamari, Trisulti, Montecassino.
