The agriturismo
The organic farmTenuta S. Giovanniis located along the Via Salaria next to the village of S. Giovanni Reatino.
It is the ideal place for enchanting walks both within the farm and along the Saint Francis Walk. To the north you can easily reach the ancient thermal baths of Fonte Cottorella . To the south is not far the Sambuco Bridge.
The farmhouse is a multifunctional structure, it is divided into sectors with different managements: the dairy,the Formaggeria Reatina, offers high quality handmade products, the restaurant managed by chef Max, theeducational farm, the accommodation in apartments and the camper van area together with the direct sale of products.
The accommodation
The farmhouse is distinguished by its large spaces of 50 thousand square meters and is ideal for a holiday and private family events.
The restaurant
It has many outdoor seats and has direct access from the consular Via Salaria. The management is highly professional, entrusted to the chef, Conte Max. You can taste both lake fish and fish from the Lazio coast.
The reception
It consists of an apartment that is rented only for periods of not less than a week and a large camper van parking area adjacent to the restaurant.
The educational farm
Guided visits to the vegetable gardens, the dairy or creating environmental and/or food education paths.
The dairy
Part of the same group, it is managed by a social cooperative. It processes only local milk and makes handmade products.
The farm
Produces and transforms vegetables, legumes and cereals that it sells directly.
Activities and surrounding
From the restaurant there is direct access to via Salaria, just a few steps fromPonte Sambuco.
Nearby there is also the Fonte Cottorella Spa.
The educational farm offers many activities for children who can discover the agricultural activities and many animals.

I have been managing Tenuta S. Giovanni since 2000 along with my wife.
We take care of: we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
I decided to manage an agriturismo because to pursue a passion
