The agriturismo
The ideal environment for those who want to immerse themselves in an atmosphere from times-gone-by, the agriturismo is a stone’s throw away from Rome, close to Tivoli, on a hilly wooded ridge of Mount S. Angelo, which enjoys a splendid view of the Arcese valley on one side, and the Roman castles on the other. The agriturismo also offers traditional Lazio dishes, as well as tastings of organic produce.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers sophisticated cuisine from top-level chefs whose work focuses on the taste of tradition, making it possible to rediscover authentic flavours. Guests can also taste organic produce. The agriturismo aims for “clean” agro-food production, producing foodstuffs that retain all their natural properties, breeding healthy animals and preserving the surrounded area and its landscapes. All the beef, goat and pork served are reared exclusively on the farm. The animals are fed on the pastures on forage and natural cereals. It is possible to visit the places the animals live and the green meadows where they graze and see the food they eat. Guests can stay in the agriturismo’s 13 cottages.
