In upper Latium, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, the agriresort stands on a beautiful knoll on the outskirts of Montefiascone with a unique view of Lake Bolsena and the Tuscia countryside until you catch a glimpse of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Among centuries-old oaks and chestnut trees, it is the ideal place for a stay in freedom out of the ordinary.

In 2014 the farmhouse was recognized with a rating of 5 sunflowers by the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Forestry.

SPA with a wellness center equipped with a heated Jacuzzi, massage area and infrared sauna, Scottish shower and winter garden. A massage cabin with qualified staff is also available.
Glamping area with spectacular views and two tents with all amenities.

The 5 independent farm houses are developed on a hillock of 5000 square meters that takes its name from the octagonal church of the same name in this locality on the outskirts of Montefiascone.
The cottages are finely cared for both in terms of construction materials and typical rural furnishings with arte povera furniture, exposed wooden beams and terracotta flooring.
Each cottage consists of one or more apartments; in total, the farm has 10 apartments with a total of 40 beds. The lodgings all have a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower, independent heating, TV, Internet connection, and air-conditioning system.
Some apartments have a balcony or terrace; others have an outdoor veranda with direct access to the green area
. Each apartment recalls the names of the various agricultural plots owned by the family while the largest apartment in the structure is dedicated to the grandmother of the current owner.

On the second floor of the main farmhouse
are 4 apartments:
Castagneto- Vignente - Montecardone - Each apartment has 2 3 beds and is about 45 square meters wide. Each has living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, double bedroom, mezzanine with single armchair bed.
Cerchiare SQM 40 (2 2) - Living room with one-room kitchen, double bedroom, mezzanine with single armchair bed. Large panoramic terrace available.
The apartments Montecardone and Cerchiare can also be communicating.
Casale Biagio SQM 60 (4 3) Independent cottage on the ground floor, located in front of the main house. Living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, loft with single bed. Outside veranda with table and chairs .

In the farmhouse behind the grove, in a private and quiet environment there are no. 2 ground floor apartments:

Oliveto Mq 50 (2 4) -Living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, double bedroom, loft with double sofa bed. Outside veranda with table and chairs .
Casale Salcia Mq 60 (4 2) - Independent farmhouse in front of the pool, with 2 double bedrooms, living room with kitchen, double sofa bed; outside veranda with table and chairs

The old manor house, completely renovated, houses 2 apartments:
Casa Maria Mq 70 (4 2) - On the ground floor, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, one with double sofa bed, large kitchen, living room with double sofa bed and fireplace. Outside veranda table and chairs.
Casa Vittoria SQM 45 (2 2) - Kitchen, double bedroom with double sofa bed available. Outside table and chairs .

The grove area has been equipped the GLAMPING area with a beautiful view of the lake :

GLAMPING TENTS La Rimessa and La Cava both about 20 square meters with double bed , bathroom and bathtub-tub , outside table and chairs in the shade of the old trees. Toto's Hut is the last Glam Tent thought and made to pamper guests. It is the largest of the three Glam Tents, spread over two levels: ground floor with double bed and loft with futon bed. It can more than comfortably accommodate 2 people, thanks to the loft with futon bed you can add the third guest or, why not, two children. It is also equipped with air conditioning.

Common facilities available to guests:
Inside - large room with wooden beams and trusses, communal kitchen, TV corner, equipped to organize on request theme dinners, cooking classes, tastings; reading room with fireplace to relax and enjoy the tranquility of rural evenings. Outside - swimming pool; outdoor green area ; barbecue area; private parking.

The organic farm produces extra-virgin olive oil “Canino”, one of the main local products of Tuscia region. In autumn we also offer the guests the possibility to take part to the grape and olive-harvest.
A welcome gift will be offered to our guests at their arrival. The farm proposes a wide range of activities to explore the region and its natural beauties as well as its historical towns and archaeological sites. Here are some of our proposals: Culture and history of this region and of the old inhabitants of the Northern Latium, the Etruscan people. We still have important traces in Tuscania and Tarquinia, two picturesque cities where is also a very interesting necropolis. We can also propose you a arkeo-trekking in Vulci. You will also be enchanted by medieval towns as Viterbo or villages, Renaissance villas as Villa Farnese in Caprarola, Romanesque churches as in Tuscania and historical gardens as in Villa Lante in Bagnaia, Parco dei Mostri in Bomarzo. All these destinations can be reached in less than 1 hour by car.

Wellness: we propose you a healthy staying with special packages including a Break-slow, a masseur with different kind of massages at your disposal for one day in a week, Yoga in the wood at the sunshine. Furthermore we offer you one day at Viterbo's Terme dei Papi spa in the thermal swimming pool with reduction for body treatments. The spa is well known for its healing properties and is far only 20 Km; Taste of local food with its traditions and flavours; wine tasting of the typical DOC local wine Est!Est!!Est!!! in the characteristic wine cellars in Montefiascone, the sweet cannaiola wine of Marta and aleatico in Gradoli; top-quality d.o.p. Canino extra-virgin olive oil for a taste and a visit to the laboratory in Canino, the well known oil village nearby.

Sport enjoy bike to explore the region independently (we rent bike) or escorted by ourselves with one of our bike tour proposal; you also can sailing or wind-surfing in the beautiful Bolsena Lake; trekking all around or arkeo-trekking in Vulci. Or simply relax in our outdoor swimming pool Nature of the volcanic Bolsena Lake, the pureness of its water and the beauty of the two islands Bisentina and Martana reaching by boat. One hour's drive from the farmhouse you can reach Tyrrhenian sea and the lovely coast of the Argentario promontory in Tuscany, a ideal place also for free climbing and trekking in Parco dell’Uccellina. A very interesting out of ordinary place is Vulci Natural Park where you will be in wild and still pure natural environment. Art and historic cities: 5 Km far from Agriturismo Poggio di Montedoro is the railway station with daily connections to Rome. The trip takes only 1 hour and half to reach the Termini railway station in Rome. Furthermore, many buses leave from Montefiascone to Rome. Further cities are also connected from Montefiascone railway station: Orvieto and Florence.
