The agriturismo

The farmhouse enjoys a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside, located in the middle of a farm of about 15 hectares, planted with wheat, corn, sunflowers and olive trees, suitable for relaxing stays in an area completely isolated and at the same time equipped with all amenities and easily accessible by a convenient road.

**THE LODGINGS OF THE FARMHOUSE** The farmhouse Buriano is divided into four comfortable apartments with different capacities. The equipment meets every need (fireplace, wood-burning oven, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, independent heating, Internet, satellite TV, etc..), and includes linen and the possibility of a domestic help for cleaning (on request at the time of booking). **The Oak** "La Quercia" is a spacious apartment with 9 beds (4 bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, kitchen. Located on the first floor of the house, has a wonderful dining room with an original fireplace of 1500. The evocative atmosphere, generated by the width of the spaces and the height of the exposed truss in wood and terracotta, make it a superb and luxurious residence ideal for large families or groups of friends who want to spend pleasant days in a magical atmosphere. The section of private garden attached to the apartment is a portion of the open space in front of the main entrance of the cottage. **Lime tree** Located on the east side of the ground floor of the farmhouse, the apartment Il Tiglio, enjoys a superb view of the pool, the garden and the hills that surround it. The apartment has two bedrooms (4 beds), a bathroom, and a dining room with kitchen and fireplace. The part of the private garden is located at the entrance to the garden by the pool, just a few steps from a Roman concrete cistern with an ancient history. **The Elce** The apartment "L'Elce" is located on the west wing of the ground floor of the cottage. The apartment has two bedrooms (4 beds), two bathrooms, a living room with kitchen and fireplace. "L'Elce" is the only accommodation of the house to enjoy the private garden on the north side of the house itself, a step away from a beautiful olive grove that stretches on the slopes of the hill behind the house. **The Almond tree** The apartment "Il Mandorlo" is located in a building in front of the main body of the house. This small property has a bedroom (2 places), bathroom and large living room with kitchenette and fireplace. The small property is located on the small hill in front of the house surrounded by trees and ornamental plants and is equipped with outdoor space immediately in front of the apartment. **THE LODGINGS OF THE MANOR HOUSE** Villa Padronale offers a free outdoor pool, a garden with barbecue, free Wi-Fi and rustic accommodation with a balcony or patio. The rooms have parquet floors, flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms with hairdryers. The pool is located on the east hill of the farm with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills, the pool area enjoys an ideal position, sunny throughout the day.
