The agriturismo
The agriturismo has kept the original name of the eighteenth century farmhouse, which has now been transformed into apartments featuring original furnishings (wardrobes, wrought iron dressing tables, pots and cabinets that take us back in time).
Nestled among greenery, and sheltered by dense woodland, the agriturismo is the ideal place to get up close with nature on its 20 hectares of land criss-crossed by trails for trekking.
Guests can purchase farm produce such as potatoes, Proceno red garlic and seasonal fruit and vegetables.
The accommodation
The apartments each feature an independent entrance, kitchen, lounge, one or more bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a smaller lounge with open fireplace, as well as towels (kitchen and bathroom), a fridge and crockery. There is also one double bedroom with bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal lounge. In more detail: La Primavera and La Parolina each comprise a double bedroom and a sofa bed. Le Scalette is on the first floor with one double bedroom. Il Belvedere can accommodate two extra beds in addition to the double bed and the sofa bed already available. Il 600 spreads over two levels with a balcony, and features a quadruple room with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. La Loggetta is a spacious first floor apartment with a double bedroom with balcony, and a quadruple bedroom with double bed, bunk beds and a large balcony. Il Casale is on the first floor and accessible via an original terracotta staircase. This apartment has been recently renovated and offers 3 double bedrooms, each with independent bathroom.
Guests can also camp in the large garden adjacent to a small wood with 4 pitches, toilet facilities with shower and warm water, barbecues, electricity, a sink for dishes and a washing machine.
