The accommodation
The company develops along the provincial road Teverina, in the locality of Il Castagnò, then along the provincial road of Ferento, where the heart of the farm is located. All around, plains, valleys, streams, woods, grazing animals and cultivated land are the natural setting for the ruins of the Roman city of Ferento, witness of the past history of Viterbo. The two houses, Castagno and Ferento have been carefully restored and equipped with every comfort, ready to welcome you in spacious apartments and comfortable rooms. The farmhouse of Castagno, located halfway between the City of the Popes and the ruins of Ferento, along the Provincial Road Teverina, consists of five independent apartments, with large surrounding garden. The apartment "L'Alloro" is located on the ground floor and is connected to a large garden for exclusive use. It consists of a cozy kitchen with an antique fireplace, a living room, a private bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment "L'Ulivo" has a large porch with adjoining level of exclusive use; It consists of a bright and welcoming living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a private bathroom. The apartment "La Quercia" is located on the top floor and consists of a large living room with fireplace, double bedroom, two single bedrooms, kitchen, large private bathroom and two terraces. The apartment "Il Gelso" is located on the ground floor, with a garden for exclusive use, without architectural barriers, and consists of kitchen-dining room, double bedroom, large private bathroom. The apartment "La Minosa" is located on the top floor and consists of a cozy living room with an antique fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a comfortable kitchen. The farmhouse of Ferento, located in the heart of the farm and adjacent to the ruins of the Roman city of Ferento, archaeological site of considerable importance and fame, spread over two floors: the ground floor kitchen with large living room and antique fireplace and small bathroom. Upstairs three large double bedrooms, a large hobby-reading room, two comfortable bathrooms. All around the garden and the silent green of the countryside.
