Gorgeous traditional stone country house immersed in a huge, lush garden, perched on a hill opposite Civita di Bagnoregio, candidate to become a Unesco world heritage site, surrounded by the splendid valley of the 'calanchi', in a magical part of Italy far from the madding crowds and well off the usual well-beaten tourist tracks. Peace, quiet, and quality family time in a corner of Italy which is an enchanting well-kept secret. The house is composed of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.
In front of the kitchen's door, there is a spacious porch with seating and dining area adjoining with a masonry structure, consisting of barbecue and wood ovens, ideal for lunches and dinners poolside.
The house is surrounded by 4 hectares of land, covered with olive groves, orchards and green meadows. Guests of the farm will have a large shaded parking adjacent to the property.
The farm, located in the beautiful scenic area from which you can admire Civita, enjoys an excellent geographical condition that favors movements in the neighbouring resorts of Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany.
The pool is located in an area of the garden from which you can admire the beautiful "calanchi" and the splendid Civita di Bagnoregio.
