The farmhouse is located in the Tuscan-Lazio Maremma , 1Km from the sea and the village of Pescia Romana reachable either on foot or by bike. It is immersed in the unspoiled nature of the countryside, with a beautiful lawn, adorned with olive trees surrounding the complex. The farm with a sea view is family-run and covers 8h of open field and greenhouse cultivation, where vegetables and fruits including lemons are harvested for direct sale in the village store. There is a vineyard from which we produce wine and the farm is colored by olive trees that give us genuine oil. It has a vehicle charging point.
We are happy to host people who want to escape from the city for a dip in the country feeling like family.

The farmhouse has 2 newly built masonry apartments, with independent, comfortable car space, and provided with a large outdoor pergola, surrounded by a green and large lawn. The apartments are very spacious and can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 people. Overall there are no architectural barriers. Guests will find themselves in a cozy warm-colored setting, especially suitable for those who want to spend a day in relaxation. The agriturismo is immersed in a territory rich in cultural and tourist sites such as Monte Argentario with its splendid lagoon, Orbetello, Capalbio, Saturnia, Pitigliano, Tuscania, Viterbo and the Tarot Garden. A few kilometers from Tarquinia, Etruscan town par excellence, and next to one of the most important archaeological and natural parks in Lazio. In Vulci, quite close, too, you can visit the Park (where you can see the famous Etruscan tomb of François) and the recently inaugurated Thermal Baths. One kilometer is the sea of ??Pescia Romana, one of the most famous seaside resorts in Lazio thanks to the clear water and cleanliness of the beach. The nearest beach is called "Casalaccio", offering a fully equipped bathing establishment for the youngest and a large free beach. All accompanied by a large free car park. The accommodation is distinguished by the tranquility of the place and the accuracy with which the lawn is kept. The whole structure is located on a hilltop where there is a farmhouse, plus two independent apartments used as a farmhouse. In total there are 5 dwellings.
