We have in fact devoted much time to the care of our vineyard Merlot and Cabernet and soon on the market you will find "Ser Mognano" the organic red that we have produced with totally sustainable methods! We have done some embellishments in the pool and in all the rooms that are now in country shabby style and redecorated according to the principles of FengShui. The kitchen also has some new features: vacuum cooking at low temperature and a new supplier of incredibly good pecorino and blue cheeses! Collaborations and agreements with external structures have also increased (horseback riding, a day at the thermal baths of Viterbo, excursions with nature guides also on non-tourist routes, visits to local wineries, truffle hunting...).
