I unfortunately in the meantime I have personal problems that do not allow me to immediately send the item , but a few months later I manage to do everything(I have shipping receipts and written confirmation from the post office of the shipment happened in a regular way)the gentlemen in May this year write to me saying that the item never arrived and that "I am a disgrace because it will not be their earring to make me richer" that I am a thief and that the shipping code never turns out to have left... mortified I go to the post office, where clerk confirms that the item arrived at the French border two days after it was shipped and that if it was lost after the border, Italian post is no longer able to know anything about it ... I report it to the gentlemen and it is not the case to write the insults(bordering on denunciation) that have been addressed to me by these subjects.... here's to you why I am a facility "to be avoided".
