The agriturismo

Between the boundaries of Genoa and the promontory of Portofino is the Golfo Paradiso, a beautiful seaside resort including the town of Recco where, on the hills at about 300 metres above sea level, this small, family-run farm is situated.

The accommodation

The farm, with panoramic sea views, offers 5 spacious rooms equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and a small, fully-equipped kitchen.

Guests can enjoy the warm family welcome of the owners and the authenticity of the food made using organic produce from the farm itself and in summer also served on the sun terrace or by the pool.

Activities and surrounding

The Levante coast is packed with places that are home to multiple attractions: from Camogli to Santa Margherita Ligure, from Vernazza to La Spezia, from Lerici to Bocca di Magra. Recco and the Golfo Paradiso are just a short distance away and excursion enthusiasts can visit the Abbey of San Fruttuoso on board the ‘Bahia’ boat.

Laze by the pool, go on picturesque horse rides along panoramic routes and visit the farm animals.

Pretty little Villa perched in the mountains and surrounded by olive trees to discover, warm welcome, quiet room with a beautiful view, very clean and comfortable, excellent and cheap home cooking, I highly recommend for a romantic or family getaway !!

    "Reception and gastronomy"

Warm welcome by Monica and Angelo, the owners, always available to give advice and satisfy requests.
    Clean and neat rooms.
Varied and copious "de la casa" cuisine, combining vegetables and aromatic herbs from the garden.
Access by car a little sporty but beautiful nature.
Well situated for visits to Portofino, the Cinque Terre and Genoa.

    "Disappointment "

This is not a farmhouse, we only saw a small dog, and certainly not organic...breakfast with Nutella and industrial yoghurt no fresh bread, good evening meal but nothing more. Average welcome {no explanations about the region, about the farm) room without outside with view on the highway and not clean ground and no equipment (1 fork for 3 ..) . The only positive point: the swimming pool is very pleasant. The most complicated point: the last 3 kms are very very very difficult and there is very little parking space upstairs.

Hi, my name is MONICA and I am 55 years old.

I have been managing Villa Carmelina Recco since 2005 along with my husband.

As well as we cook for the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.

I chose this job because to live in nature

Our guests especially appreciate the warm family welcome.
