Via Verzemma 33, Verzemma 16036 Recco (Genoa)
Between the boundaries of Genoa and the promontory of Portofino is the Golfo Paradiso, a beautiful seaside resort including the town of Recco where, on the hills at about 300 metres above sea level, this small, family-run farm is situated.
The farm, with panoramic sea views, offers 5 spacious rooms equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV and a small, fully-equipped kitchen.
Guests can enjoy the warm family welcome of the owners and the authenticity of the food made using organic produce from the farm itself and in summer also served on the sun terrace or by the pool.
The Levante coast is packed with places that are home to multiple attractions: from Camogli to Santa Margherita Ligure, from Vernazza to La Spezia, from Lerici to Bocca di Magra. Recco and the Golfo Paradiso are just a short distance away and excursion enthusiasts can visit the Abbey of San Fruttuoso on board the ‘Bahia’ boat.
Laze by the pool, go on picturesque horse rides along panoramic routes and visit the farm animals.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Owners will be held responsible for damage to property and persons.
Super dinner, also with 10 evenings varied! Very nice hosts, a bit apart from the animals, for the feeding the children gladly passed. Quiet accommodation in the mountains, but both town (Genoa) and sea and beach are within easy reach by car, hence a nice mix.

We, family with 12 year old daughter stayed for 5 nights in Villa Carmelina. Angelo and Monica are great and helpfull people. The region is beautiful, super pool and the dinners were excellent (all home made by Monica). We sure come back.
Not to forget the nice dogs Lula and Chérie. And a great thx to Samuel, the little nephew of Angelo&Monica. We will sent him a small present from Belgium.
We spent a week at Villa Carmelina in July 2017 with my sister and her family. Our room (Mare) was spacious, very clean and had a small kitchenette. It lacks a terrace, but that was not a problem as we had access to my sister's terrace as well as the main terrace and the pool side. I can't say enough wonderful things about Monica, Angelo and her family. We enjoyed home cooked meals in the evening and they were extremely accommodating to our varied dietary requirements. The hilly road to the villa requires full attention (we had a large 4x4), but the views, the hospitality and Villa Carmelina are worth the few minutes of road concentration! We only hope that we can go there again very soon. Grazie mille, Monica e Angelo!
