Relaxation and silence are the distinctive elements of a holiday at the Natural Awakening, together with regenerating walks from the structure to the Val di Vara, cultural excursions with a guide, decontracting Ayurvedic massages, courses to create creams and soaps, bach flowers and oleolites...
The accommodation
Completely surrounded by a chestnut wood, the farmhouse welcomes its guests in a structure dating back to 1804, skilfully restored keeping its original shape and elements, such as stone and wood. Available to tourists 4 rooms, all with private bathroom, their names are those of the Bach Flowers: -Star of Bethlehem: the largest, is divided into two rooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. It has a bathtub and is suitable for families or groups of friends. -Olive: 1 double bed and 1 single bed but all in one room, shower and valley view. -Walnut: 1 double bed and 1 cot for children up to 3/4 years, shower. -Holly: 1 double bed and shower, is the ideal room for couples. The cuisine of the farm is homemade. The dishes are prepared with the products of the farm or purchased on the territory: homemade pasta, meat sauces, pesto alla genovese, vegetable cakes, fanciful roasts, roasted chestnuts, flours... Rates always include breakfast (the B&B costs 35€ per person per day) but there is also half board (+15 euro per person per night) or full board (+25 euro per person per night), depending on the needs of each guest. Children: 0-3 years free, 4-12 years 50% discount The farm is designed for those who really want to regenerate in contact with nature, enjoying the beauty and fruits that each season can give: snow in winter, life in the fields, colors and wonderful scents ... Quiet and silence are guaranteed: the environment is in fact far from the town, in a context where even mobile phones take little and the last stretch of road is unpaved (but passable with most vehicles!). And to get your fill of relaxation, you can also book sessions of Ayurvedic massages (the oils are produced by the company!), consultations of naturopathy and tarology, Bach flowers.
Activities and surrounding
An adventure park and a riding stable are about 20 minutes away by car. Easily reachable is also the beautiful village of Varese Ligure, with its swimming pool open to the public, and about 25 minutes by car there is a lovely lake, on the shores of which you can also organize barbecue. And also walking or mountain biking, in the woods and along the paths of Valletti, at the doorstep.
