However, reading your words raises the doubt that you may have mistaken the destination and the type of facility: you rated 0 the location (Google map can not have deceived you), you expected television in the room (it is not counted in our facilities as stated in the description) and daily cleaning (in the email response to your request it is clearly specified that the cleaning service is carried out every three days)...perhaps a hotel would have been more to your case. Yes, it is true, there is no choice because we do set menus, we cook mostly our own produce, and the bread and pasta are all fresh homemade, but after dining with us on the first night, she could have chosen a restaurant more responsive to her needs.
