Final Housekeeping (mandatory): For Iris at €40; for Ivy, Myrtle, Pomegranate, Pergolas at €50; for Medlar, Mimosa,Hydrangea, Broom, Goldfinch, Robin, The Swallow, Magpie at €60; for Wisteria, Blackcap, Dahlia at €80.

Deposit: equal to 30% at the time of confirmation upon booking.
Balance: upon arrival.
Booking terms: refundable deposit up to 30 days from check-in date, balance 14 days before the start of the rental period. Within 14 days from the date of arrival at the property, the reservation is no longer cancelable.
Tourist tax: is €1.00 / person / night (only for guests over 10 years old).
Daily housekeeping on request: €10.00 per hour.
Babysitting service on request.
Minimum stay: 3 nights; one week in high season.
Only for apartments Mimosa, Ortensia, Dalia, Cardellino, Rondine and Glicine there is the possibility of adding a single bed at an extra cost.
