1 Payment of the 50% of the amount is due immediately to secure a reservation. The deposit is non-refundable. No refund for early departure.
2 - The flat is rented out to the number of people agreed on, extra guests need to be communicated to the reception before arrival and an additional payment will be charged.
3 - Bookings will be held for 48 hours and will only be confirmed via e-mail or fax after receiving the instalment payment
4 - Please do not smoke inside the apartments.
5 - Cleaning: at the end of the rental period the Tenant should leave the property in similar condition to that in which it was found.
We don't make cleaning on rental period. Weekly change of bed linen & towels.
6 – check-in 16:00 / check-out h 10:00
7 - In case of serious unexpected event, I Re Fenean reserves the possibility to substitute the reserved house with an offer of equal value. If, because of force majeure, it is necessary to cancel your booking, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us.
8 - The swimming Pool is unguarded and children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
9 - Well-behaved pets are permitted, on prior notice and subject to an additional €20,00 charge. Please do not leave your dogs unattended in the apartment when you go off site.
