The agriturismo
A 5-minute bike ride from Lake Garda, on an organic farm in Desenzano, this agri-campsite slots harmoniously into the surrounding countryside thanks to its sustainable set-up. Thanks to the mild climate and the many hours of sun each day, the farm produces excellent apples (Royal Gala, Braeburn and Pinova) and vegetables. A member of the Bioland South Tyrol Organic Farmers Association, the farm is also certified organic by ABCERT South Tyrol.
The accommodation
The Hafner family's traditional farmhouse has an age-old stone structure, with thick walls and small windows, and is protected as a listed building. In 1733, the house was mentioned for the first time during the construction of the private chapel. In 2006, the chapel was consecrated by Bishop Flavio Rovereto of Verona, and in 2017 it was completed with a new bell made by the Grassmayr bell foundry in Innsbruck 2015 saw the opening of the campsite with 30 pitches for caravans, motorhomes and tents, including electricity and water hook-up, surrounded by olive trees, hedges and flowers.
The barbecue area is ideal for socialising. You'll find a washing machine and a tumble dryer for bedding and towels (token operated). The campsite offers a range of facilities, from showers and WCs to a disabled bathroom, a kitchenette for cooking and washing up, a dog shower, books, water points for washing vehicles, bicycle hire, boat trailer parking, a children's play area, a garden, a WC emptying service for motorhomes, WLAN connection and a swimming pool.
