In the event of delayed arrival and/or early departure, the total period of stay booked is charged.
Any additional child’s bed/cot are included in the rate. Service “Room” for a single person: -30% (not on High Season). The prices exposed are PER ACCOMODATION. On booking, for stays of over three days, a deposit is requested as confirmation (30%) to be sent by bank transfer to “Banca del Territorio Lombardo" Ag. Soiano del Lago Iban IT 51 O 08735 64720 056000302244 BIC CCRT IT 2T BTL. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.
Balance of payment: the payment must be made on arrival, together with a deposit of € 100.00. The latter amount and any extras will be settled at the end of the stay. If departure is in the morning before breakfast, the bill must be settled the day before. VISA credit cards are accepted.
Breakfast: breakfast is served every day from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., on the veranda at the entrance to the farm only. For the one-room and two room apartments on request: € 7,00 (up to age 4: free of charge)
Cleaning: the rooms are cleaned in the morning by 12.00 noon, whilst for the ONE-ROOM and TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS, final cleaning is included at the end of the stay (excluding the kitchen area which must be left clean and tidy). Bed and bath linen are included in the rate. For the rooms, it is changed every 3 days, whilst for the ONE-ROOM and TWO-ROOM APARTMENTS, it is changed weekly.
Valuable articles: the management is not responsible for valuable articles kept in the rooms and in the apartments.
Television: all the rooms and apartments have a television with the main Italian and foreign channels.
Voltage: 220 V. Parking:: there is a private car park for guests. Barbecue: the barbecue may be used free of charge by guests. Kids' area: there is a play area for tiny guests in the garden. The Management is not responsible for supervising children. Services on payment: laundry service, extra cleaning of apartments (€ 30.00), supplementary changes of linen (€ 5.00 per person). Notes: smoking and pets are strictly forbidden in all the indoor areas of the farm, in the rooms and apartments. Guests may not have persons who are not staying at Il Cardo in their rooms or apartments, except with explicit consent of the Management.
