Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure, the total period of stay booked will be charged.
Breakfast: breakfast (unless otherwise specified, it is on request at € 12.00 per adult per day) is served from 8.30 am to 10.00 am, only in the veranda at the entrance of the farmhouse ( ask if the service is available before booking, please) .
Local cleaning: Final cleaning at the end of your stay is included (excluding the kitchen area, which must be left tidy and clean). Bed and bath linen is included in the price and there is a weekly supply.
Valuables: the management is not responsible for valuables kept in the rooms and apartments.
Television: all rooms and apartments have a television set with major national and foreign channels.
Voltage: 220 V.
Parking: a private parking lot is available to guests.
Barbecue is available to guests free of charge (excluding charcoal/wood....)
Children's play area : it's available to guests. Management is not responsible for supervision of minors.
Swimming pool and sunbathing area: the swimming pool with sun beds and deck chairs are available to guests (Management is not responsible for supervision of minors). For each accommodation (room or apartment), 2 sunbeds are available (subject to greater availability). It is forbidden to keep the sunbeds occupied during absences of more than 30 minutes.
Air conditioning and heating: consumption is included, including for apartments. For improper use of air conditioning/heating (e.g. with windows and doors open for long periods), a surcharge of € 50.00 to € 100.00 will be applied.
Washing machine: It is possible to use a shared washing machine free of charge at the rate of 1 load per stay. Additional washings will be charged (€ 8.00 per wash)
Paid services: laundry service, extra cleaning of the apartments (€ 30.00), additional linen changes (€ 8.00 per person).
Notes: in all internal spaces of the farmhouse, rooms and apartments it is strictly forbidden to smoke and keep animals. It is not possible to let into one's room or apartment people who are not staying in the farmhouse, unless explicitly consented by the Management.
